At ClothDiaper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unwashed products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
